Personal: In April 2009, then-14-year-old Bouyssou became the youngest U.S. player ever to qualify for a Senior World Championship Team.  Bouyssou, who also competes on the boys' wrestling team at her high school, was the only athlete froom any nation to qualify for three World Championship Teams in 2009.  Bouyssou represented Team USA at the Cadet, Junior and Senior World Championships and placed fifth at both the Cadet and Junior World Championships.  Bouyssou is coached by her father, Serge Bouyssou, who is the founder of the Mayo Quanchi Judo Club and also was the Head Coach for Team USA at the 2009 Junior Worlds.  In August, Bouyssou won gold at the first-ever Youth Olympic Games and became the youngest medalist at the USA World Cup where she earned the silver medal.
