Colorado Springs, CO – USA Archery, the
National Governing Body for the Olympic sport of archery, will relocate to a
new national office space on Friday, November 30. Beginning at 12:00 p.m.
Mountain time, USA Archery’s national office will close while the physical move
takes place.
The organization’s new digs, which are
located in a shared space with USA Volleyball, USA Table Tennis and USA Fencing,
will accommodate USA Archery’s growing staff. The organization will also be
implementing a new telephone and voicemail system at the time of the move,
though the organization’s phone number will remain the same.
“Our new space will allow our staff to have
the physical space needed, as we continue to see growth in our grassroots
programming, to function productively,” explained USA Archery CEO Denise
Parker. “We’re excited about the move to our new location, and look forward to
providing excellent service to our members and instructors.”
USA Archery will reopen for business on
Monday, December 3 at 12:00pm Mountain, pending successful migration of
computer and phone systems over the weekend. The organization asks its members
for their patience and understanding during this process.
Those who contact the national office on
Friday afternoon and Monday morning will be directed to leave a message while
the move is underway. Messages received during the weekend will be returned
upon the office reopening.
