BEIJING (AP) China's Chen Jin has won the bronze medal in men's singles at the Olympic badminton tournament.
Chen defeated South Korea's Lee Hyun-il in three sets on Saturday.
The fourth-seeded Chen took advantage of a series of unforced errors by Lee on his way to a 21-16, 12-21, 21-14 win at Beijing University of Technology Gymnasium.
Leading 20-14 in the third game, Chen won with a powerful smash that caught Lee out of position.
Top-seeded Lin Dan of China will meet No. 2 Lee Chong Wei of Malaysia in Sunday's final of men's singles.
It was China's seventh medal of the Olympic badminton tournament.
