The USBSF is now offering a 2-day athlete/junior athlete membership, available to those individuals participating in a one-time event hosted by a USBSF member club at the Utah Olympic Park or Lake Placid Olympic Sports Complex. This membership is not valid for competition. The price of the 2-day membership is $10.
Athlete physicals are not required for the purchase of a 2-day membership but USBSF waiver forms must be completed.
The 2-day membership will provide athletes with secondary sports accident insurance coverage under the USBSF’s policy while participating in training-related activities during the valid dates of the membership. Claims are subject to a $25,000 deductible.
Other benefits associated with full athlete/junior athlete memberships are not included and no membership card will be provided.
*All 2-Day Trial Membership applicants must sign and return the waiver contained in the USBSF Waiver and Physical form before membership can be processed and completed.
