The USA C/K Dragon Boat Governance Committee asks for nominations for qualified individuals to serve as committee members beginning January 2012.

All nominations are to be sent to Gerald Babao, USA C/K headquarters, by email to gerald@usack.org no later than December 15, 2011.

The nominee must be willing to serve on the Dragon Boat Committee, be an active member of USA C/K and be truly dedicated to the betterment of Dragon Boat racing within the governance of USA C/K. The position is a four-year commitment to serve. This Committee reports to the CEO of USA C/K and ultimately to the Board of Directors of USA C/K, who in turn report to the USOC and the ICF.

All nominees must submit a personal bio and a letter stating their intent to serve on this committee. Nominees must not be serving concurrently on a board of another paddlesport federation.

USA C/K will forward all qualified nominations to the Nominating and Governance Committee.
