Will Brady led U.S. athletes in the World Cup Modern Pentathlon for the third consecutive time this year, placing a season-best 19th in Medway, Great Britain. Brady scored 5,428 points. He placed 16th in the combined run/shoot event, 18th in the ride, 19th in the swim and 25th in fencing. Dennis Bowsher, who also qualified for the finals, placed 22nd. Margaux Isaksen, a 2008 Olympian, placed 24th in the women’s final, totaling 4,768 points. She finished 10th in the swim.
