USARS Regional Tournament Team Application Now Available

The application for participating in the USA Roller Sports women’s flat track roller derby Regional tournaments is now available.  Teams wishing to participate can review the requirements on the application (2012 Regional Tournament Team Application- Derby) that can be found at the bottom of the forms page: http://www2.teamusa.org/USA-Roller-Sports/Resources/Forms.aspx.  All games will be played using the current USARS Roller Derby rules (version 2012.01).  Tournament sites will be announced shortly and applications will only be accepted between August 6th and 27th, 2012.  Interested teams are encouraged to begin completing their application immediately.

 

Regional tournaments will be limited to 16 teams for this first edition of the Championships with the top 3 from each Regional qualifying for the National Championships.  Regions are determined according to the regional breakout available at: http://www2.teamusa.org/USA-Roller-Sports/Resources/Region-Information.aspx.  The Northeast and East regions will be combined and compete in the same Regional tournament.
