Below is some pertinent information leading up to the 2012 USAT National Championships

REGISTRATION PAPERWORK
If your registration status is PENDING, please bring the missing items (black belt certificate, hotel info, insurance info, signed confirmation forms, proof of residency or citizenship), AND PAYMENT IF NECESSARY, to the event's check-in & weigh-in area on site. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THESE ITEMS TO THE USAT OFFICE AT THIS LATE DATE AS THEY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT THE EVENT.

If you have travel delays (bad weather) on your way to Dallas that may cause you to miss your weigh-in times please call 719-232-7794 and leave a message with your name, USAT ID number and estimated time of arrival.

TICKETS
Spectator tickets may be purchased in advance for a 50% discount up until June 27, including the All-Event Pass which entitles the holder to entry all six days for just $35. Click this link to order: http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/249596

EQUIPMENT
Daedo-Truescore will be the official provider of the EBP (Electronic Body Protector) for the 2012 USAT National Championships.  USA Taekwondo and Daedo-Truescore will provide the hogus to all athletes prior to each sparring match and will be obtained at the equipment area. These hogus should be returned immediately to the equipment area after the completion of their match.
All ages, All belt colors will use the Daedo-Truescore EBPs.

All athletes are responsible for purchasing their own scoring foot gear prior to the event. Availability of the foot socks for on-site sales is NOT guaranteed.  It is best if athletes purchase them prior to arriving at the following link.

DESIGNATED POOMSAE FOR THE 2012 USAT NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

VOLUNTEERS
Volunteers are needed for a variety of tasks and areas including: set-up/tear-down, crowd/spectator direction and control, ring runners, ring managers, computer operators, hospitality, awards, and many other activities.

If you are interested in becoming a USA Taekwondo volunteer, please ask a USAT staff member at the event and they will direct you to the Volunteer Coordinator. Volunteers receive an event t-shirt, meals and free admission for the day of competition worked.

USAT National Championship participants. Use GO YELLOW CHECKER for all your airport shuttle needs. They are the exclusive Ground Transportation provider for this event. The link above provides all participants a discounted rate for their airport shuttles to either Dallas airport (DFW or Love Field)
