Four-time NCAA Division II champion Lee Sigman swept 2009 World bronze medalist Tervel Dlagnev to win the U.S. World Team Trials in Council Bluff, Iowa. Sigman was one of 21 wrestlers to earn berths on Team USA for the World Championships in Moscow, Russia in September. Sigman is a State College, Pa. resident who won his college titles at Nebraska-Omaha. He beat Dlagnev, 1-0, 2-0, then again, 3-3, 4-1, to claim the 120 kg/264.5-pound spot.
